I have traded meat for nuts and protein powder. I put peanuts, walnuts, and protein powder in everything. I never liked nuts and protein powder has a taste that can only be described as… unique. I have adapted. It is difficult a lot of the times and sometimes I really want to give up. Let’s face it, for the most part preparing balanced vegetarian meals is time consuming. Often I yearn for the days I used to grill chicken, throw it in a salad, and call it dinner.
